Holly McCoppin, M.D., FAAD, FACMS

Dr. Holly McCoppin is a board-certified Dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon at Monarch Dermatology & Surgery. After graduating summa cum laude from Saint Louis University, Dr. McCoppin earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Her academic performance in medical school earned her numerous honors. Dr. McCoppin pursued her Dermatology Residency training at the University of Missouri, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. The pursuit of excellence in skin cancer treatment led Dr. McCoppin to accept the prestigious Micrographic Surgery & Dermatologic Oncology Fellowship at Emory University.


Dr. Ammon J. Larsen

Ammon J. Larsen, M.D., FAAD

Dr. Ammon J. Larsen is a board-certified Dermatologist that specializes in a wide variety of medical, surgical and cosmetic procedures at Monarch Dermatology and Surgery. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Utah State University. Upon graduation, he went on further to graduate top of his class in 2013 from Penn State College of Medicine where he received multiple academic and research honors.  After completing medical school, Dr. Larsen advanced his education by completing an internal medicine internship at St. Luke’s Hospital in Bethlehem, PA.  Dr. Larsen completed his Dermatology residency training at the University of Connecticut where he served as Chief resident in his final year. Dr. Larsen has been practicing in Loveland since July 2017 and is excited to continue providing high quality dermatologic care to Northern Colorado.  


Erika Tokuyama

Erika Tokuyama, PA-C, MPAS

Erika Tokuyama is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s School of Medicine. Erika graduated with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies and is board certified by the National Commission of Certified Physician Assistants. Erika is a Colorado State University Alumni, where she graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition Sciences. Erika has extensive training and experience in medical and surgical Dermatology, and always striving to learn, is currently enrolled in the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship. Erika was born in Japan and immigrated to Colorado at an early age. Erika is passionate about providing high-quality dermatologic care to every patient and strives to be an advocate for underserved, rural, and minority communities. Outside of practicing medicine, Erika enjoys being outdoors with friends and family. You may see Erika around hiking, biking, fishing or just enjoying Colorado with her husband and two rescue dogs Henry and Rosie.
